CIC RETENTION DEPARTMENT
The CIC Membership Retention Program's mission is to be instrumental in developing, coordinating, and implementing programs that educate new and existing members about their union. Working in established Local Union's, council retention representatives work one-on-one with local committee members. Together, they develop a program and materials specific to their unique needs.
